Elementary to high school education was completed in Karangasem (1978 - 1990). His Bachelor of Engineering education was completed at the Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University in 1997 He received a Supersemar scholarship for a year and was active in student activities. He started to work as an Architectural and Structural Consultant (PT HST, CV Cipta Adi Desain) in 1997-2001. In the year 1999, He was accepted to be a candidate for New Academic Personnel in the Civil Engineering Department of FT Udayana University and received a study assignment at FTSP-ITS in the field of study of the BPPS scholarship scheme He switched to a scholarship scheme into EEDP (Engineering Education Development Project) for Masters degree (Master of Structural Engineering) from The University of Newcastle Upon Tyne-UK 2000-2001. He started to work with a company of PT. Tobishima Co. Ltd JICA Mangrove Information Center Project 2002-2004. He received a Higher Education Overseas Scholarship in 2008 - 2010 in the field of Aerospace Engineering and continued in 2010-2014 in the field of Civil Engineering (Ph.D. Civil Engineering) from MACE (Mechanical Aerospace and Civil Engineering) The University of Manchester-UK. Since 2015 until now, he has been actively teaching Structural Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering, Steel Structures, Material Mechanics, and Structural Analysis. Currently registered as a member of EERI, HAKI, PII, MAPPI, PII, and   AARGI. He has participated in a short course on structural engineering from EERI (Webinar in the UK), HAKI, MAPPI, and AAGRI in Indonesia periodically. He has actively participated in seminars at national and international conferences in Dynamics Fluids (CFD), Engineering Structures, Materials, and Earthquake Structures to develop insights into the field of structural civil engineering. 2015 and 2016 collaborated with the Government of Timor Leste to provide Technical Training in the area of Structure for Timor Leste PU Staff. The Mengwitani-Singaraja Short-Cut Team (2015-2020), Imam Bonjol Road Development Expert Team (Tukad Teba) (2017-2018), Angkasa Pura Work Package Expert Team I Gusti Ngurah Rai (2018), Turyapada Tower & G20 infrastructure (2021-2023).
